Short-term rentals are unregulated; the licensing ordinance was continued at its June 9, 2026 hearing.
As of this verification, Draper City has no short-term rental–specific ordinance. Ordinance #1721, a city-initiated text amendment to Draper Municipal Code Titles 6 and 9 that would require STRs to be licensed and permitted, went to public hearing before the City Council on June 9, 2026 and was continued to a date uncertain. No adoption has been published. We watch the City Council's public notice feed for further action.
